The PCD020 portable electric car charger features an LED display that provides clear visual indicators for different working conditions using power, charging, and fault LEDs.
Connected the Power: When the charger is plugged into a power source, the Power LED (green) stays solid, while the 10A (green) or 16A (blue) LED lights up for 0.5 seconds. The Fault LED (red) also lights up for 0.5 seconds, signaling that the charger is connected but not yet ready for charging.
Ready for Charging: The Power LED remains solid green, while the 10A/16A LED is solid, depending on the current setting. The Fault LED does not light up, indicating no issues, and the charger is ready to charge.
Normal Charging: The Power LED remains solid green, and the 10A/16A LED blinks every 1 second, indicating an active charging session. The Fault LED does not light up, meaning no errors are detected.
Charging Fault: If a fault occurs, the Power LED remains solid green, but the Fault LED turns red, indicating an issue that needs attention. The 10A/16A LED does not light up.
Charging Complete: When charging finishes, the Power LED stays solid green, and both the 10A/16A LED and Fault LED do not light up, indicating a successful charge.
Switch between two output currents (10A and 16A) by pressing the button; the default setting is 10A/16A. (Only for Current Switchable Version)
