He said that the charger he purchased from our platform had been working normally for 7 months, but recently he found it no longer possible to adjust the output current of the charger through the APP as before after updating the APP. Coincidentally, we also received the same question from Camy, a user from France.
After receiving these two emails, we promptly confirmed more detailed information with the users. Kenny and Camy also actively provided us with photos of the charger and APP display; We forwarded these information the technicians of product development, soon we got a reply: the updated APP requires the user to adjust the charging current through the APP before connecting the charger to the car. If the charger has been connected to the car and started charging, in order to ensure the safety of charging, the user cannot adjust the charging current through the APP during the charging. We informed the two users the cause of the failure and recorded a new version of the APP charging operation video for the users. The two users have also reported that the chargers have returned to normal charging.
