Something strange happened when he used this 32A high power charger to charge his car. The charger only output a charging current of 16A. This car can only accept a maximum current of 16A when charged under AC power and cannot reach 32A that the charger itself can provide. Then we asked Mr. Ching-Hen to use this charger to charge a Chevrolet Bolt and the charger normally output a charging current of 32A, which meant that the charger itself had no problem. It just didn’t match the suitable electric car to output its maximum charging power.
After finding out the truth, we immediately decided to replace Mr. Ching-Hen with another charger suitable for his model for free.
