THE CHALLENGE
The charging station is compact, low-cost and easy to transport. However, if there are no walls to install, how to install it will be a headache for many customers. In addition, for outdoor use, the requirements for waterproofness and dustproofness are relatively high. Wet air can accidentally enter the device, causing foggy displays and even electrical problems. There are also concerns that devices could be stolen or destroyed by others.
THE SOLUTION
We have equipped the charging stations with dedicated mounting poles, which have both single-sided and double-sided options for more flexible use. Thanks to the good back stability as well as the light weight, the charging stations can be easily mounted to other supports even without using our mounting poles.
Our charging station has the integrated design which is very sturdy. An IT0-level precision sealing design is adopted in the interior, which will not be affected by external moisture. The bottom of the device is equipped with an anti-theft lock hole, the position of which is uniquely designed. It is difficult to disassemble the device without violently destroying it. It is suitable for outdoor use when it’s snowy and rainy.
SUMMARY
For outdoor use, although not in an extreme environment such as in humidity at the seaside or in extremely cold climate, there are also great requirements for the performance and stability of the device. It is required to be easy to install, anti-theft and anti-sabotage. We have also considered the various installation methods and installation habits of different clients.
