Our customer requested a customized high-end spring EV charging cable with excellent flexibility. The wire needed to be perfectly coiled, with the smallest possible diameter. Additionally, the customer had specific requirements for the EV charger's overall appearance. The sheath material of the EV charging cable had to be resistant to deformation, wear and aging, while also having a high degree of visual appeal. Ultimately, the customer was highly pleased with the final product upon receiving it.
The client requested that the control box of the portable EV charger be able to set a delayed start time for charging, as well as control the duration of charging. In addition, the device was required to support multiple current settings, providing car owners with the convenience of selecting their own preferred charging option. This project posed a relatively lesser challenge as all functional modules were pre-made and could be matched and assembled according to the client's specific requirements.
